Our products will be delivered to your specified location within approximately 5-7 business days from the date of your order receipt. For local deliveries in the Hampton Roads area, the delivery time is 3-5 business days.


2. Shipment Method:

We utilize USPS, UPS, or FEDEX for shipments within the United States of America.


3. Shipping Fees:

To ensure transparency, a shipping fee will be applied to your total order during the final checkout if the order amount does not exceed the complimentary free shipping threshold.


4. Free Shipping:

Orders exceeding $40.00 in total value are eligible for FREE SHIPPING within the U.S.A. This is our way of showing appreciation for your continued support.


5. Perishable Nature of Products:

Islsnac packaged goods are created without harmful additives or preservatives, emphasizing their natural and perishable nature. Consequently, returns of such products cannot be accepted due to their perishable nature.


6. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be considered under certain circumstances. Please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order if you encounter any issues. Refund eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be based on the specific situation.


7. Product Consumption and Freshness:

To ensure the best and most favorable freshness, we recommend consuming our treats within 10 days upon their arrival. For extended product life and freshness, it is advisable to store them immediately upon receipt in a dry, cool, and clean area. If indicated, specific items may require refrigeration at temperatures between 36 - 41°F.
